The heart of rock and roll is still beatin'... in Cleveland

I am now working in Cleveland and on Sunday I went downtown and visited the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. It was great! I saw rock memorabilia from Fats Domino to Kurt Cobain. Some of the exhibits include:
Michael Jacksons white glove and the red & black leather jacket from Beat It
Madonnas cone bustiere
Jerry Garcia's guitars
Jim Morrison's report cards
Jimmi Hendrix childhood drawings
Sid Vicious outfit
Lots of stuff from the Stones, Beatles, Elvis.. and lots more!
It was a lot of fun. Plus the weather was really nice so after I took a little walk along Lake Erie.
Overall the project is going well, but I am ready to go home and see Adam.. less than 2 weeks now!
Love from Cleveland, Ohio,
Jodie

Something tells me its all happening at the zoo...

Its been a while since I last wrote in our blog. I left Kentucky on 21 Sept and went to NC. 1st stop was meeting up with Adam at RDU!! I was so happy to see him!! In Raleigh we visited with the McKenna's and celebrate the christening of my beautiful goddaughter Emerson. It was a great weekend. After that we had a nice visit with the Dukiet's, and off to Greensboro that night. We spent Adam's birthday week at Oak Island (Long Beach). After the beach it was back to Greensboro. Adam and I had such a great time in the 'Boro. We went to the NC Zoo in Asheville, played putt-putt, and then played at the arcade (and won fart putty). We also had a lot of fun visiting with friends and family.

Here are a couple of pictures from the zoo...
